Be Wiser is an insurance broker who provide quotes for a number of different types of insurance such as Car, Home, Bike and Travel Insurance. They search a number of different insurers to bring back the most competitive quotes for you.
Being a broker it has a lot of questions in its quote process however this is off set by the fact that they search many different insurers, so persevere and you will be provided with the top 3 prices from the "100 policies" that they search. The prices are good too so despite the difficulties getting through the site the quotes are worth it - however make sure that you have the correct details before accepting.
Beware though you have to confirm that the van has not been modified in any way so if you have any sort of roof rack, signage, internal paneling or shelves then you cannot quote onine via Be Wiser
Be Wiser do offer some great features and benefits in their policy:
Free RAC breakdown cover - is provided on all van insurance policies
Free legal assistance - on all van insurance policies
Searching over 40 insurers - including Axa, Chaucer, NIG, Allianz, HSBC Insurance, Aviva Insurance
A talking website - alright this isn't a benefit, infact its quite annoying as you can't turn it off however it does provide some useful information.

Sample Be Wiser insurance prices
In the 6 months since we did our sample van insurance quotes on Be Wiser insurance, they have fared the best and in some instances there have been decreases in premiums and any increases have been less than 15%.
In order for you to get an idea of some of the Be Wiser prices we have done some example quotes on some of the more common van types.
Note - When doing the standard suite of quotes we found it impossible to find certain van types and derivatives - the van search function is not very intuative.
Also you have to confirm that the van has not been modified in any way so if you have any sort of roof rack, signage, internal paneling or shelves then you cannot quote via Be Wiser
